Returns and exchanges

Hassle-Free 30 Day Returns

At Mariqe, we stand by the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Please note we can only accept back Mariqe® products that were directly purchased through mariqe.com. We cannot accept products that were purchased from a third-party retailer.

How do I return or exchange my item?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please refer to the following:

  1. Within 30 days after delivery of the item, contact us at service@mariqe.com and we will provide you with the return address.
  2. The item must be unworn and in the same condition when you received them.
  3. The returned product must include the original items, tags and packaging that came with it.
  4. You must return the product with tracked and insured shipping at the customer’s expense.
  5. The return tracking code and image of the secured packing slip are to be shared with us via email.

On successful delivery and inspection of the returned product by our team, you will be provided with either:

  1. Store credit for an exchange, so you can place your order again on our website; or
  2. Full Refund, which will be issued within 30 days after receipt of the returned product.

Store credits or refunds exclude any return shipping costs borne by the customer. Credit or exchange requests will only be honored within 60 days of placing your order. Store credit discount codes cannot be retro-applied or stacked. 

I received a damaged or incorrect item

We want to sort out any issues with defective or incorrect items as soon as possible. Contact us and we will send out your replacement immediately. Please refer to the following steps:

  1. Within 7 days after delivery of the item, please email us at service@mariqe.com with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a store credit or replacement.
  2. We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
  3. If approved, we will provide either a store credit or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Important: We are not responsible for any damage caused by wear and tear, or if the item does not fit due to issues with sizing. If it doesn’t fit your finger, kindly let us know immediately so we can arrange a return. Damage caused by refitting and resizing on your own before returning will not be accepted.
