The 30-day window, in plain terms

The item needs to come back unworn, in the same condition it arrived in, with the original packaging and tags. Store credit or exchange requests carry a separate, tighter clock: they are only honoured within 60 days of the original order date, not the delivery date. If you are close to either deadline, email first and ask, rather than assuming you have missed it.

This is the part most return policies bury. Mariqe's is straightforward, and it depends on why you are sending something back.

There is no such thing as a fully free return at Mariqe unless the fault is theirs. That is a narrower promise than "free returns," and it is the accurate one. A return policy that quietly implies every return is free, then deducts a fee at the end, is worse for trust than stating the fee up front.
Where the package goes
Mariqe accepts returns at addresses in the United States and in Australia. You do not print a label yourself in advance: email service@mariqe.com, and the specific return address is sent to you before you post the item back. Use tracked, insured shipping. Mariqe cannot process a refund for a parcel it cannot confirm was sent, and a lost untracked parcel is not a case the $19 fee or the warranty covers.
Pierced earrings are the one exception
If you buy stud or drop earrings for pierced ears, they cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing or change of mind. This is a hygiene rule, not a Mariqe-specific policy: most jewellers apply the same restriction to anything that touches broken skin. The one exception is earrings that arrive genuinely faulty, which are handled under the faulty-item terms above, not the standard return terms. Faulty items: what "faulty" actually covers
If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, email service@mariqe.com with photos or video within 7 days of noticing the problem. Once approved, Mariqe sends a replacement at no cost, or issues a refund if a second replacement has the same issue. This is separate from ordinary wear: a scratched prong six months in is not a faulty-item claim, it is a warranty question, covered below.
How the return policy differs from the lifetime warranty
These are two different programmes and people mix them up. The 30-day return policy is about whether you keep the piece at all: you send it back and get money or a replacement. The Lifetime Moissanite Warranty is about the stone itself, for as long as you own the piece: if a stone clouds, discolours, or loses brilliance through no fault of your own, Mariqe replaces the stone. The warranty does not cover lost stones, impact damage, worn prongs, or metal damage from water, chemicals, or cosmetics, and it has no time limit the way the return window does. If you are inside 30 days of delivery and unhappy with the piece, that is a return. If you are three years in and a stone has changed, that is a warranty claim, made the same way: email service@mariqe.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
