What is covered under our Warranty:
- Defects in our materials and/or workmanship such as unstable settings or flawed metal finishes.
- Any optical property changes to your Moissanite gemstones (ie, clarity, color, fire, lustre and brilliance)
Our warranty does not cover the following:
- Scratches and deformities in the metal resulting from normal wear and tear
- Any lost or stolen items
- Improper use or storage of jewelry
- Exposure to household chemicals, and any hygiene products like make-up and perfumes
- Discoloration of metal caused by water, chemicals, sweating, make-up, cooking, etc.
- Lost stones as a result of damage, or wear and tear
- Prongs that have worn out
- Natural stone imperfections
- Any modifications made to the jewelry by a third party not affiliated with Mariqe.
