We stand behind our stones. Every moissanite in our collection is covered by a complimentary Lifetime Moissanite Warranty.
what's covered
Changes to your stone's optical properties including clarity, color, fire or brilliance. If your moissanite clouds, discolors or loses its brilliance, we'll replace it.
what's not covered
This warranty covers the stone itself, not the metal or setting. It does not cover:
Lost or stolen items
Stones lost or damaged through impact, wear and tear, or worn prongs
Scratches, dents or discoloration to the metal, including from water, chemicals, sweat, make-up or cooking
Damage from improper use or storage
Minor inclusions or characteristics inherent to the stone
Any modification or repair carried out by a third party not affiliated with Mariqe.
making a claim
Email service@mariqe.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and let you know next steps, which is usually a replacement stone if it's covered.
