We stand behind our stones. Every moissanite in our collection is covered by a complimentary Lifetime Moissanite Warranty.

what's covered

Priority shipping is available and the costs will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times for priority shipping typically takes between 5 to 7 working days. 

what's not covered

This warranty covers the stone itself, not the metal or setting. It does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen items
  • Stones lost or damaged through impact, wear and tear, or worn prongs
  • Scratches, dents or discoloration to the metal, including from water, chemicals, sweat, make-up or cooking
  • Damage from improper use or storage
  • Minor inclusions or characteristics inherent to the stone
  • Any modification or repair carried out by a third party not affiliated with Mariqe.

making a claim

Email service@mariqe.com with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. Our team will review your claim and let you know next steps, which is usually a replacement stone if it's covered.
